~Hm. I like my English teacher, but it seems he is sometimes randomly aggravating. Like in the Hamlet work, for instance!

Even ignoring that the majority of the questions assume an awful lot of experiences that I know that I, at least, have not had, there is the wonderful question here:

"2) As a man, whom would you prefer to have as a best friend - Hamlet or Horatio? As a woman, which of the two would you be more likely to fall in love with?"

For one, heterosexism. Not cool. For two, why is it not an option for one to want Hamlet or Horatio for a best friend 'as a woman'?

Computer's ghosted, but I lost very little this time. It doesn't really run much faster, though. I still can't play zOMG for more than ten minutes at a time, anyway. That's what was irritating. >.< No more spyware atm, though. That's nice. And LimeWire works again.

I have read a set of books, and they are awesome: The Thief, The Queen of Attolia, and The King of Attolia. It hasn't even got a section on FF.Net :sadface: But Soul Eater does! I haven't looked yet, for I fear the spoilers, but there must be something passable, at least.

And my copy of KHII hasn't come in yet. Very sad. Hopefully this week, but I've got no idea when it'll show up, really.

Anyway, blah blah blah I'm avoiding homework quite well. And drawing things!

At two I'm going to see if I can finally get a job. It's like a trial shift or something, and she's gonna be watching to make sure I don't fail miserably so I'm rather nervous now that I'm thinking about it... :(

But hey! I may have a steady source of monies this year! And I'll those monies if this year's Anime North plans are gonna happen. And costumes. We should discuss our ToA cosplays soon, [info]spectacled_one, eh? ^^

And it's nearby! Like, a five minute walk! So hopefully I don't screw this up. :crosses fingers:

There were people hanging around on the sidewalk after school today handing out the New Testament. I was filled with lolz. :D Was half-hoping they'd ask so I could be like, 'Noes! I be a heathen!', but they were nice and non-bothering. :(

Also! I'm sick now. I think I've infected [info]storktimus. And she was the only one here today! All you trip-going mean persons! >:U But we got a free period. ^^

Well, my computer just decided to fucking die today. All the files are gone. Well, all the files I don't have on my flash drive are gone, which is a significant number and includes my large collection of Favourites.

All my research so far for my sociology project is gone, which is irritating but not vital. Caps can be retaken. Links can be refound eventually. What is infinitely more problematic is the all the links to fanfic updates that I hadn't gotten around to, and that I will never be able to find again. I probably would never have read all of them, but the idea that they're not there any more really bothers me.

Plus, my dad's an idiot about the whole thing. He wasted two hours talking to our computer guy and trying to get the stuff back even though it was extremely unlikely that it still existed, and I told him so. Guess who was right?

I can never convince him, 'cause what little I know about this kind of stuff is just from figuring it out on my own. I wish I could learn something about fixing computers. No course on that, though, as far as I know. Stupid school.

Oh well, I'm going to go re-comb the Psychonauts section for non-terrible fic. I'd found some nice ones. :'(

So, went down to Clifton Hill and whatnot, as anyone reading this likely knows. Too many people.

Ice cream is delicious. Arcades are fun. The hill part of Clifton Hill is not fun at all. My legs hurt. Stupid DDR.

[info]spectacled_one! [info]storktimus and I couldn't find ya when we went looking for the mythical pay phone! What happened? We ended up finding one about a third of the way to my house, 'cause I wouldn't let [info]storktimus ask for directions. >.>

But I got a popsicle! And got her to play the first eighteen minutes of Psychonauts; she agrees that it is incredibly adorable! Victory is mine!

For some reason I'm back into old fandoms at the moment: Inuyasha, Beyblade, etc. Probably 'cause I have time to reread old fics that I used to love (and apparently still do). I can't find a lot of them, though. Seems I started keeping track of such things later on. Too bad.

That, and I've been playing Kingdom Hearts for two days straight when I should be cleaning my room. It is so fun, except I can't beat the Coliseum. At all. I've never gotten past that first barrel-smashing timed thing; I think [info]storktimus beat it for me the first time. It's not fair! I don't want to go into the final boss battle without having beaten all the worlds. Or without Ultima. Stupid mushrooms.

Also, I've managed to scrape my forehead and now I look like an idiot just in time for school to start back up. -_- And I did no work on my speech or my sociology project, but the first sucks and the second I have 'til the end of the year, so oh well.

So, Anonymous is hilarious enough, but Scientology is evil so it was quite easy for me to pick a side here. I wish I could go to a rl raid, but there aren't any close enough and I can't drive. :'(

I'm thinking pamphlets. My printer sucks, but I might be able to get enough propaganda to, say, spread about school and at the library. I would have used school prints, but I'm pretty sure they wouldn't approve of that kind of use and the librarian would most certainly notice. >.> But teh fun! Teh macros!
